Dear sirs...I would like to thank you for the excellent returns service that I received recently.
I bought a breathe comfort dog coat, but it was too big so I returned the coat on Wednesday and when I got home yesterday (fri) the smaller sized coat was waiting for me, with the refund made payable to my card.
